Voilà bientôt trois décennies que la
«
question

des
migrations occupe le devant de la scène de nos sociétés.
Cela commence à taire beaucoup. Et elle est de plus en plus
enveloppée dans des discours ouvertement racistes et
xénophobes. Il est urgent de changer notre regard.
Qu on le veuille ou non, l immigration va encore se poursuivre.
Elle viendra de toutes parts. Ou bien on la perçoit comme
une menace, et alors c est la politique de l obsession anti-
immigrés qui prévaut, ou bien on la prend comme un défi,
et alors elle appelle à une lutte sans concessions contre
toutes les démagogies qui taraudent le lien social, chez
nous, aujourd hui.
Il faut le dire clairement
