| Abstract: | Angesichts der Tatsache, dass Sammlungen in Bibliotheken und wichtige digitale Ressourcen nur mittels Suchmaschinen zusammengeführt werden können suggeriert der Artikel eine Abkehr von traditionellen Infrastrukturen von Bibliotheken. Er taucht ein in die Herausforderungen der "Digital Art" und streicht die Wichtigkeit der Bibliotheken bei der Unterstützung der Forschung in diesem Bereich heraus. Um die sich entwickelnden Kunstformen adäquat darzustellen, braucht es neue Formen des Publizierens und der Präsentation. |
