Die Studien, die Professor Mirosław Wyrzykowski gewidmet sind, behandeln die dringendsten Probleme des modernen Konstitutionalismus. Die Hauptthemen sind die Fragen, die Wyrzykowski sehr am Herzen liegen: Rechtsstaatlichkeit, Menschenrechte, die verschlungenen Pfade des europäischen Konstitutionalismus und nicht zuletzt die Fragen, die alle diese Themen verbinden: Nämlich die richterliche Unabhängigkeit und die Rolle der Gerichte bei der Wahrung der Rechtsstaatlichkeit Περιμένοντας τους Bαρβάρους.
