This technical report describes how the PIAAC survey was conducted in Germany. It provides information on the PIAAC instruments: the background questionnaire and the cognitive assessment. Furthermore, it describes sampling, fieldwork, weighting, and nonresponse bias analyses. The report concludes with an overview of the data management processes and data products as well as a brief evaluation of the overall data quality |
