| Zusammenfassung: | The dissertation is based on the thesis that training and further training of the police, fire brigade, ambulance service and armed forces should be more interdepartmental in design. While the participating organisations work closely together in operation, there is little cooperation in the design of training and further training. The author defines the requirements on staff who work under high psychological and physical pressure. With the objective of increasing the opportunities of those involved to acquire competence, the author develops the main features of an interdepartmental concept for training and further training. It is based on the results of a practical example and the author's own investigations. The starting point of the concept is the link between educational action and competence orientation and psychological self-efficacy expectation. Die Dissertation basiert auf der These, dass die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Einsatzkräfte von Polizei, Feuerwehr, Rettungsdiensten und Bundeswehr stärker ressortübergreifend konzipiert werden sollte. Während die beteiligten Organisationen im Einsatz eng zusammenarbeiten, gibt es in der Gestaltung der Aus- und Weiterbildung wenig Kooperation. Der Autor definiert die Anforderungen an Einsatzkräfte, die unter hohem psychischem und physischem Druck arbeiten.
