Resume
The book Historical and Political Assessment , is a
collection of works (reviews, editorials and surveys)
written in different periods during the many years of
scientific work. I tried in a worthy way to make their
evaluation, both in terms of historical research, as well,
through editorials, by making assessment of the political
situation at the time when written. In general are included
science-historical books that tackle topics with particular
problems of history. Furthermore there is the assumption
that at a overview or review for a certain book it is not
possible to give all assessments, but at the same time it is
believed that this kind of writing would be welcomed by
the young researchers which will serve at least as a
scientific guide of what they will find in a certain book.
The common characteristics of all books that are included
in this volume have been the fulfilment of certain criteria
that I had previously designated, such as:
1.
Have genuine
scientific support;
2.
The methodology used in books, had
to enable the authors on treating the raised issues
according to the criteria of modern historiography;
3.
Monographs had to be based on archival documents,
which were to be selected and inteipreted correctly by the
authors and
4.
Selected and relevant literature had to be

used only to complement the resources and scientific
requests.
These entire requirements made all the included books in
this volume have scientific significance, as well as
important national value.
Besides reviews, in the second half of the book, with a
strong commitment and accurately, without interfering at
all in their content, have been published numerous tests
that are written before the
90s
of the twentieth century;
various editorials and insights, that were published after
2000
in the press of that time in Kosovo, in Albania and
Macedonia, by being truthful to the time difficulties and
numerous political problems which involved Albanian
lands everywhere. Occasionally the writings of the 80s-
90s of the twentieth century are characterized by the
Ezopian language, actual for that time, but the attentive
reader would easily understand the situation, time and
space, how it is written, what was supposed to
achieve with and that was the message that comes from
writing.

hope that with all these troubles which belong to the
past experience, I have achieved the goal, if for nothing
else, at least to the younger generations to create a picture
of work, effort and political situations in which we have
established working environment even if it was not
worked at all, we walked even when not moving at all, we
did what we could when we were enslaved in every
aspect of life.
